FEINMETALL follows a stringent process-oriented management system with the aim to continuously improve the quality performance. The management team designs the strategical and operational objectives and provides the necessary instruments like resources and/or funds. The quality management system is an integral component of the whole management system. Within this framework it is supervised and controlled at regular intervals.

Involvement of customers and employees
Our customers put forth the required quality standards to us – knowingly as well as unknowingly. The competence of our employees enables them not only to recognise these requirements, but also to assimilate and implement the required high standards.
