We are looking for an Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Bavaria to join us full-time as soon as possible.

What to expect:

  • Customer Support: Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships in the Bavaria region. Identifying customer needs and providing technical solutions.
  • Business Development: Acquiring new customers and projects through active market monitoring, lead generation, and targeted building of business contacts.
  • Technical Consulting: Responsible for providing competent advice to customers regarding our high-precision contacting solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Continuous monitoring and analysis of the market to identify competitive advantages and adjust the product portfolio accordingly.
  • Training and Presentations: Conducting training sessions, workshops, and presentations for customers and partners to convey technical expertise and deepen product understanding.
  • Reporting: Regular reporting to sales management on sales activities, revenue development, and market opportunities.

What You Bring:

  • Successfully completed degree in a technical or business-related field with a focus on electrical engineering, precision engineering, or mechatronics, combined with solid knowledge of business administration.
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex technical products and solutions.
  • Negotiation skills, customer orientation, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial and international mindset and approach.
  • High willingness to travel.
  • Enthusiasm for building and shaping something new.
