Head of Complaints Management (m/f/d)
We are looking for a full-time Head of Complaints Management (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Location: Herrenberg near Stuttgart
Here’s what you can expect:
- Technical and managerial leadership and further development of the Complaints Management Department
- Monitoring and optimization of the QM system in accordance with ISO 9001 (and, where applicable, IATF 16949 / ISO 13485)
- Structuring, managing, and coordinating complaints
- Support for internal and external complaints (including 8D reports, root cause analyses, corrective actions)
- Coordination with production, development, and customers to ensure sustainable error prevention
- Further development of quality-related metrics, reports, and processes
- Point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding complaint-related issues
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable training with additional training in quality management
- Several years of professional experience in quality assurance and complaint management
- Very good knowledge of QM methods
- Experience working with standards such as ISO 9001
- Leadership skills, strong communication skills, and a structured approach to work
- Proficiency in CAQ systems and MS Office, ideally SAP
