What you can expect:

  • Telephone/written advice and support for our customers and our branches worldwide
  • Order processing of series orders and project orders including contract review and invoicing
  • Creation of order confirmations with delivery date clarification and confirmation via customer portals
  • Export processing for third country shipments
  • Recording customer complaints and repairs
  • Support for our international customer base
  • Proactive support for field staff

What you bring along:

  • Completed training as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in the international export business of an industrial manufacturing company desirable
  • Knowledge of international customs and import regulations is an advantage
  • Very good MS Office skills and experience in working with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a team, problem-solving skills and quick comprehension
  • Strong customer, service and sales orientation
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
