Location: Herrenberg near Stuttgart
What you can expect:
- Providing telephone/written advice and support to our customers and our branches worldwide
- Processing of series orders and project orders, including contract review and invoicing
- Preparation of order confirmations with delivery date clarification and confirmation via customer portals
- Export processing for shipments to third countries
- Recording customer complaints and repairs
- Supporting our international customer base
- Proactive support for field staff
What you bring to the table:
- Completed training as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk or equivalent
- Several years of experience in international export business at a manufacturing company is desirable
- Knowledge of international customs and import regulations is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills and experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team, problem-solving skills, and quick comprehension
- Strong customer, service, and sales orientation
- Very good written and spoken German and English
