Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Location: Herrenberg near Stuttgart
Here's what you can expect:
- Providing telephone and written consultation and support to our customers and our branches worldwide
- Order processing for production orders and project orders, including contract review and invoicing
- Preparation of order confirmations with delivery date clarification and confirmation via customer portals
- Export processing for shipments to third countries
- Recording of customer complaints and repairs
- Supporting our international customer base
- Proactive support for field staff
What you bring to the table:
- Commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the international export business of a manufacturing company
- Knowledge of international customs and import regulations is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA is a plus
- Ability to work in a team, problem-solving skills, and quick comprehension
- Strong customer, service, and sales orientation
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
