Junior Purchaser / Dispatcher (m/f/d)
We are looking for a full-time junior buyer/planner (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Location: Herrenberg near Stuttgart
What you can expect:
- Planning and procurement of mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components, taking into account deadlines, quality, and costs
- Independent conduct of price and contract negotiations
- Supplier selection and management
- Risk management – identification, assessment, and derivation of measures for procurement risks
- Management of missing parts and complaints to suppliers
- Technical support for the design department in procurement matters
What you bring to the table:
- Completed technical training or degree with a focus on mechatronics or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in purchasing for a manufacturing company
- Initial experience in scheduling and strategic purchasing
- Good technical understanding
- Organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
- Confident written and spoken English
