Location: Herrenberg near Stuttgart
What you can expect:
- Independent programming and modification of existing programs for CNC sliding head automatic lathes (preferably Fanuc control)
- Setting up and adjusting machines in accordance with production drawings
- Manufacture of product-specific machining tools and precision components
- Recording and assigning malfunctions and errors on lathes
- Manufacturing, measuring, and testing components according to existing drawings
- Performing dimensional and visual inspections in accordance with specifications
- Recording of test results in the Q system
- Identifying and rectifying malfunctions
- Maintaining and inspecting machines and systems in accordance with maintenance specifications
What you bring to the table:
- Successfully completed training as a machining mechanic, industrial mechanic, precision mechanic, or comparable
- Proven practical experience in CNC machining and operating automatic sliding-head lathes
- Strong spatial awareness
- Quick comprehension, flexibility, and team player
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work with cost/quality awareness
- Good fine motor skills with keen powers of observation
- Willingness to work shifts
- Very good German language skills
