Quality Engineer (m/f/d) in Complaints Management
We are looking for a full-time Quality Technician (m/f/d) in Complaints Management to start as soon as possible.
Location: Herrenberg near Stuttgart
What you can expect:
- Processing and analysis of internal and external complaints (customers, suppliers, production)
- Root cause analysis using common quality methods (e.g., 8D report, Ishikawa, 5 Whys)
- Definition, implementation, and follow-up of corrective and preventive measures in a team
- Communication with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Supporting the continuous improvement of processes and products
What you bring to the table:
- Completed technical training, ideally with further training as a technician/master craftsman or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in quality assurance, ideally in complaint management
- Good knowledge of common quality methods and tools
- Confident use of ERP and CAQ systems (preferably Babtec) and MS Office
- Knowledge of electronics is an advantage
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Very good German and English skills
