Team Leader Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time Quality Assurance Team Leader (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Location: Herrenberg near Stuttgart

What you can expect:

• You lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve the agreed quality targets and deadlines
• You are responsible for coordinating the incoming goods team and completing the assigned inspection tasks on time
• You identify sources of errors, analyze deviations and take measures to rectify errors
• You document deviations and create reports on the quality situation of the supplied parts
• You are responsible for 8D reports to suppliers in cooperation with the purchasing department
• You coordinate the monitoring of test equipment (both internally and externally)
• You are the contact person for other departments such as purchasing, warehouse or production with regard to incoming goods inspections
• You take on the key user function for the Babtec QRM system

Your qualification:

• Successfully completed state-certified technician in the field of mechanical engineering or comparable further training
• At least two years of professional experience in quality and complaints management in a manufacturing company
• Knowledge in the field of technical physics is an advantage
• Analytical and independent way of working, analyzing complex problems and developing solutions
• Self-confident appearance, convincing communication and negotiation skills at decision-maker level are desirable
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
