Team Leader, Work Planning STP & Senior Project Manager, Space Transformer & ATE PCB (m/f/d)
We are looking for a full-time Team Leader for Work Planning STP & Senior Project Manager for Space Transformer & ATE PCB (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Location: Herrenberg near Stuttgart
Here’s what you can expect:
- Technical Leadership and Development of the PCB and AV Team in the Semiconductor Testing Products Division
- Responsibility for work planning and data preparation for Probe Cards (ATE PCB, Space Transformer)
- Close collaboration with Global Product Engineering and direct support for development and production
- Ensuring data quality and manufacturability (Design for Manufacturing)
- Technical and schedule-based project management for PCB, MLC, and MLO developments
- Ensuring OTD (On-Time Delivery) and FTR (First Time Right)
- Further development of processes, standards, and technologies in the Space Transformer sector
- Introduction of new technologies in the high-end PCB and substrate sector
- Interface with internal development teams, global partners, suppliers, and production
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, microsystems technology, or a comparable field
- At least 10 years of experience in the field of
- ATE PCBs / Probe Cards and PCB Design or
- High-end substrates (MLC, MLO, Space Transformer)
- Experience in project management related to PCB and space transformer technologies
- In-depth understanding of PCB technologies, substrates, and manufacturing processes
- Experience in project management (technical and scheduling), team leadership, or technical leadership
- Strong communication skills in an international environment
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable way
- Hands-on approach and enthusiasm for new technologies
