Working student (m/f/d) for Business Analytics and Process Optimization
We are looking for a full-time intern or working student (m/f/d) for Business Analytics and Process Optimization to start as soon as possible.
What you can expect:
- Process analysis & optimization: Identification of weaknesses in existing processes, development of improvement measures, and support during implementation
- Analysis of processes related to production and project bookings in SAP S/4 HANA
- Plan/actual deviations, including at the bill of materials level
- Communication interface: moderation and coordination with various specialist departments, structured documentation and progress tracking
What you bring to the table:
- Currently studying industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics, or a comparable subject
- Initial experience in a project or process environment (e.g., through internships, university projects)
- Analytical thinking, structured approach to work, and enjoyment of optimizing processes
- IT affinity and, ideally, initial experience with SAP or ERP systems
- Strong communication skills and interest in interdisciplinary collaboration with different areas of the company
- High level of initiative, organizational skills, and a proactive work style
