Sustainability at a glance
FEINMETALL has prepared a sustainability report in accordance with the VSME standard. This report documents our measures and progress in the area of environmental, social, and corporate responsibility. ENVIRONMENTAL & CLIMATE PROTECTION
FEINMETALL has been ISO 14001 certified for many years and has firmly anchored environmentally conscious action in its corporate culture. Our focus is on future technologies such as e-mobility and solar technology. Our wafer probe cards are durable and resource-saving – wear parts can be replaced individually, which saves costs, increases service life and conserves resources. Disposal is carried out in accordance with recycling regulations by certified partners in order to recover valuable raw materials. We use climate-neutral electricity and rely on a modern fleet of electric and hybrid vehicles. We also promote sustainable mobility by leasing e-bikes and offering discounted train tickets to our employees.

We expect our business partners to adhere to clearly defined standards of fairness, transparency, social responsibility, and environmental protection—as set out in our Code of Conduct for Business Partners. Acceptance of this code is the basis for any sustainable cooperation. FEINMETALL is committed to complying with applicable material compliance guidelines such as REACH, RoHS, and the Conflict Minerals Directive—across the entire supply chain. Our suppliers must also meet these standards, and their implementation is regularly reviewed. To reduce transport emissions, we focus on regional suppliers wherever possible, thereby strengthening both ecological and economic sustainability.
RECYCLING PROGRAM
Protect valuable resources and help reduce the burden on the environment!
To ensure that the raw materials in our Contact Probes are not lost or disposed of improperly, we have developed a simple and efficient recycling program for you. Collect used Contact Probes, receptacles, and interface pins and send them back to us in our recycling boxes. This ensures that all materials are properly processed and returned to the cycle. Upon request, we will provide you with a recycling box free of charge (order number: FM-RECYCLINGBOX).

A home for our bees
At FEINMETALL, we combine precision with responsibility – for the environment and future generations. Since April 2025, our company premises have been home to our own beehive, which is looked after by a regional beekeeper. With this initiative, we are making an active contribution to the protection of honey bees and setting an example for the preservation of biodiversity. As pollinators, bees are indispensable for our food supply and the ecological balance. The sustainably produced regional honey is a special highlight for our employees – and a small step towards combining technology with a love of nature at FEINMETALL.
