We are currently seeking a full-time Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

What to Expect:

  • International new customer acquisition with a strategic focus, as well as development and management of global key accounts and complex customer structures
  • Coordination of global sales activities with regional sales units and support in building international sales structures and standardizations
  • Development of customer-specific solutions in collaboration with product management and engineering
  • Market and competitor analysis to derive business development measures
  • Organization and execution of strategic customer meetings, trade fairs, and roadshows worldwide, as well as conducting workshops, trainings, and presentations
  • Independent negotiation and conclusion of strategic contracts
  • Regular reporting and forecasting to the Business Unit management

What You Bring:

  • Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering (e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics) or business administration with a strong technical affinity
  • Several years of professional experience in key account management, business development, or technical project sales
  • Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for complex, high-tech products
  • Confident demeanor, persuasive communication, and negotiation skills at executive level
  • High level of initiative, team spirit, and a structured way of working
  • Willingness to travel internationally (>50%)
