Have you always wanted to dive into the fascinating world of precision technology? As a CNC Turner (m/f/d), you’ll bring intricate components to perfection and set complex systems in motion.

Location: Herrenberg near Stuttgart

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Independent programming and modification of existing programs for CNC vertical turning machines (preferably Fanuc control)
  • Machine setup and adjustment according to manufacturing drawings
  • Manufacturing of product-specific cutting tools and precision components
  • Recording and classification of malfunctions and errors on lathes
  • Manufacturing, measuring, and inspecting components according to existing drawings
  • Conducting dimensional and visual inspections in accordance with specifications
  • Recording inspection results in the quality management system
  • Identifying and resolving malfunctions
  • Maintaining and inspecting machines and equipment in accordance with maintenance specifications

What you bring to the table:

  • Successful completion of an apprenticeship as a machining technician, industrial mechanic, precision mechanic, or equivalent
  • Proven experience in CNC machining and operating sliding head lathes
  • Strong spatial awareness
  • Quick learner, flexible, and a team player
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style with a focus on cost and quality
  • Good fine motor skills and keen observation skills
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Very good German language skills
