Head of Controlling (m/f/d)
We are looking for a full-time Head of Controlling (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Location: Herrenberg near Stuttgart
What to expect:
- Responsibility for the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Responsibility for product costing and monthly contribution margin analysis
- Assisting in the preparation of the parent company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as at the group level
- Preparation and monitoring of forecasts and budgets
- Preparation of reports, statistics, and analyses for executive management and functional departments, including analysis, interpretation, and proposals for corrective actions
- Establishment and expansion of investment portfolio controlling
- Providing technical and managerial guidance to 3 employees in the Controlling department
- Further development of production, sales, and development controlling
- Analysis, definition, and implementation of measures to improve profitability
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics with a focus on finance and controlling, or comparable qualifications
- Several years of management and professional experience in a comparable position at a manufacturing company
- Excellent proficiency in using common IT systems, particularly MS Office and SAP (S/4 Hana)
- Structured and independent work style, high level of commitment, and ability to work well in a team
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of complex interrelationships
- Excellent written and spoken English
