Process Technician (m/f/d)
We are looking for a full-time Process Technician (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Location: Herrenberg near Stuttgart
Here’s what you can expect:
- Transfer of resources, equipment, products, and application and process knowledge to international locations, including employee training
- Planning and implementing projects while meeting deadlines, cost targets, and quality objectives
- Preparation and maintenance of work, maintenance, and process instructions, as well as conducting training sessions
- Development, standardization, and optimization of manufacturing processes (continuous improvement, Lean, process analyses)
- Analysis of production processes with regard to capacity, equipment requirements, quality, efficiency, costs, and automation potential, as well as economic feasibility assessments of investments
- Selection, commissioning, acceptance testing (FAT/SAT), and optimization of machinery and production equipment, including production ramp-up and fault analysis
- Technical support for international production sites, as well as systematic analysis and resolution of production disruptions
- Technical point of contact for international sites and interface with the German headquarters
What you bring to the table:
- Technical training with further education leading to certification as a state-certified technician (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in production, manufacturing planning, industrialization, or technical project management
- Experience in process optimization and working with production equipment
- Experience in preparing technical documentation and conducting employee training
- Knowledge of lean management methods and continuous improvement (CIP) is a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Very good German and good English skills
