Double Plunger Probe

A Double Plunger Probe is a Spring Contact Probe with two separate stroke ranges. This design makes it possible to combine different contact or Switch functions within a contact system and to compensate for mechanical tolerances in the test setup.

Double Plunger Probes are used in particular in complex Test Fixtures where multiple contact states or defined switching points are required.

FAQ

A Double Plunger Probe has two defined ranges of Plunger movement. These allow different contact or switching states to be triggered sequentially, thereby enabling the implementation of complex test sequences.

A Double Plunger Probe is used when multiple contact or Switch functions need to be combined within a test process, such as in multi-stage tests.

Unlike a standard Spring Contact Probe, a Double Plunger Probe has two separate stroke ranges, which allows for additional functions such as switching points.
