Kelvin Measurement

Kelvin Measurement is a measurement method for the precise determination of small electrical resistances and is also known as four-wire measurement.

By separating the current and voltage lines, the effects of line and contact resistances are minimized, resulting in particularly accurate measurement results.

In test engineering, the Kelvin Measurement is used to reliably determine transition resistance of Contact Probes, connections, and contact points.
