Pogo Tower
A Pogo Tower is the mechanical and electrical interface between the test head of a semiconductor tester and the Probe Card. It establishes a stable, high-precision connection and reliably transmits test signals and supply voltages from the tester to the Probe Card. The Pogo Tower ensures precise alignment and uniform contact via a large number of spring-loaded Contact Probes.
